I am Linda Culleton, and I will be your OCD expert. Instead of using typical OCD treatment such as Medication, CBT, and ERP, I will be offering a unique way of OCD treatment that is found to be effective and long-lasting.
I am an expert in OCD as I have experienced OCD personally, recovered, and have since gone on to help countless others treat OCD. I empathise with people experiencing OCD as I know the impact it can have on your life. My journey with OCD began ten years ago when I had my first intrusive thought of harming a family member. These thoughts caused so much distress and became obsessive to the point that the only relief I experienced was sleep. As a result, I felt compelled to search the internet for help.
During my search, I learned that I was experiencing OCD symptoms.
The Intrusive thoughts created shame, guilt, and embarrassment, so I did not disclose them to anyone.
I decided to visit a doctor, and they prescribed me anti-depressants which I was reluctant to take so I continued to search for alternative options.
I began CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) which provided me with the education and techniques to challenge these thoughts, however, any relief I experienced was temporary.
I still kept searching for a way to not just manage OCD symptoms but to be free from OCD.
At this stage, I had tried CBT, psychologists, healers, and many other modalities.
It was through the teachings of Kundalini Yoga that I learned of a technique for OCD called the OCD Breath. This technique gave me relief from constant anxiety which in turn reduced the compulsions. It was through constant practice that the feelings started to alleviate for good and I no longer was experiencing OCD.
It is through my life experience with OCD that I am very passionate about sharing this solution-based transformational program to become free from OCD.

Recovered from Harm OCD
The intrusive thoughts were constant even when I slept I would have them in the middle of the night and they scared the life out of me. I was constantly on the internet trying to find something to stop the intrusive thoughts and that is when I found Linda’s OCD course.
Since I completed the course I’m a different person. I no longer experience the reaction to the intrusive thoughts therefore I no longer have the intrusive thoughts.

I have suffered from OCD Intrusive thoughts for the past 40 years.
I attended the OCD program and I found Linda to be a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher. I found that some of the techniques brought an almost instant relief to the anxiety and played a major part in helping me get a good night’s sleep which was a problem for me previously.

Personally, talk therapy did not really work for me. Even though on the day of my sessions I would leave feeling great, the intrusive thoughts were still there and were only getting worse.

The intrusive thoughts that I was experiencing were fears related to harming other people. These thoughts convinced me that I was in fact losing my mind and triggered a vicious circle of anxiety and depression that persisted on and off for over 40 years.
I eventually completed the 90 days of 31 minutes of OCD breathing techniques. I am quite satisfied I have no symptoms of the problem now and am happy that it is finally resolved and healed. It has had a remarkable effect on my life.
Recovered from Intrusive thoughts OCD
I have been able to cut my medication from 40mg daily to 10mg which has seen my energy levels increase dramatically as a result.
Another positive impact I have had through Linda’s teaching is I'm no longer as irritable as I used to be and my level of tolerance has increased, mainly I believe due to the reduction in constant anxiety I was living in.
